Tallow is a natural fat derived from the suet of grass-fed cows. It is rich in vitamins and closely resembles the skin’s natural oils, making it incredibly nourishing, hydrating, and gentle on the skin.
Is Tallow suitable for sensitive or acne-prone skin?
Yes. Tallow is non-comedogenic and packed with skin-friendly nutrients, making it ideal for sensitive, dry, or acne-prone skin. Many users notice reduced redness, dryness, and breakouts after switching to tallow-based skincare.
Does tallow smell like meat or animal fat?

Our tallow balms typically last up to 6 months after opening. Store them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. We do not use synthetic preservatives, so we recommend applying the balm with clean hands or a spatula to maintain freshness.
Where does your Tallow come from?
Our Tallow comes from 100% Dutch, grass-fed cows. These cows graze on local pastures and are fed a natural diet without artificial additives. The fat is carefully purified and traditionally processed to preserve its rich nutrients. This way, we ensure that our Tallow comes from a sustainable and responsible production chain.
